Our Warranty Coverage.

At Daria’s Multiservices LLC, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship and the materials used in our pool cage restoration and rescreening projects. Our warranty information is designed to provide clear expectations and confidence in your investment.

  • Our standard 18×14 screen includes a 5-year warranty. This durable screening material provides excellent airflow, visibility, and everyday protection for residential pool enclosures.

    The applicable warranty and screen material selected for your project will be identified in your estimate or contract.

  • Qualifying Super Screen products include a 10-year warranty.

    This includes:

    • 20×20 Super Screen / No-See-Um
    • 17×20 Super Screen
    • 16×14 Super Screen
    • TuffScreen

    The specific screen selected and applicable warranty will be identified in your estimate or contract.

  • Our workmanship warranty covers defects directly related to installation or services performed by Daria’s Multiservices LLC within the original scope of work.

    If a covered workmanship issue occurs during the applicable warranty period, our team will evaluate the affected area and determine the appropriate repair or replacement.

  • Our warranty covers qualifying defects in materials or workmanship related specifically to the services performed by Daria’s Multiservices LLC and included in the original contract.

    Coverage applies only to the original scope of work and qualifying materials installed as part of the project.

  • Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by hurricanes, tropical storms, tornadoes, flooding, lightning, extreme weather conditions, or other Acts of God.

    Damage caused by animals or pets, pests, accidents, misuse, abuse, ground or structural movement, lack of maintenance, normal wear and tear, or repairs and modifications performed by another contractor or third party is also excluded.

  • Pre-existing rust, corrosion, cracks, moisture damage, weakened materials, peeling paint, structural deterioration, or other existing deficiencies are not considered warranty defects unless their repair was specifically included in the original scope of work.

    If additional repairs are discovered during the project, they will be discussed with the homeowner before additional work is performed.

  • DescriThe 5-year and 10-year warranties described above apply only when specifically included in the customer’s estimate or contract.

    Individual screen panel replacements and minor screen repairs do not automatically carry the same warranty coverage as a complete rescreen or complete pool cage restoration.

  • Warranty coverage may vary depending on the service performed, material selected, and scope of the project.

    Your estimate and signed contract identify the specific warranty applicable to your project. In the event of any difference between general information provided on this website and the signed agreement, the terms of the customer’s signed estimate or contract will govern.

Materials We Use

At Daria’s Multiservices LLC, the quality of a complete pool cage restoration depends not only on the workmanship, but also on the materials used throughout the project.

We carefully select professional-grade products designed for Florida’s outdoor conditions, from coatings and marine-grade stainless steel fasteners to different screening options for durability, insect protection, visibility, pets, and panoramic views.

Paint & Coatings

We use professional-grade Sherwin-Williams coatings selected for durability, coverage, and long-lasting performance. For pool cage restoration, we use Pro Industrial DTM paint designed for properly prepared metal surfaces. For residential interior and exterior painting projects, we select the appropriate Sherwin-Williams paint according to the surface, location, and desired finish.

Stainless-Steel Fasteners

We replace deteriorated or rusted fasteners with corrosion-resistant stainless-steel screws. For qualifying pool cage restoration projects, we use A4 AISI 316 stainless-steel fasteners, selected for their durability and resistance to Florida’s humidity, rain, and coastal conditions.

Screen Options

We offer both fiberglass and polyester screen options for pool cages, patios, and porches. Available choices include standard 18×14 screen, 20×20 No-See-Um screen for improved protection against smaller insects, and premium polyester options such as 17×20 and 16×14 Super Screen. Each option provides a different balance of airflow, visibility, insect protection, strength, and durability, allowing us to recommend the most suitable screen for each project

Privacy Screen / Florida Glass

Privacy screen, commonly known as Florida Glass, is a vinyl-laminated fiberglass material typically installed in the lower wall panels of pool cages, patios, and porches. It helps provide added privacy while reducing the entry of dirt, grass clippings, water, and outdoor debris. This material is intended for vertical applications and is not used on roof panels.

Warranty

Daria’s Multiservices provides a 10-year warranty on qualifying workmanship and materials. Coverage applies under normal use, proper maintenance, and normal Florida weather conditions. Warranty excludes damage caused by severe weather, animals, misuse, lack of maintenance, third-party work, normal wear and tear, and pre-existing conditions. Full warranty terms are provided in the customer’s written agreement.

Surface Preparation & Installation

Long-lasting results depend on proper preparation and professional installation. Before painting, we clean and prepare the aluminum structure, sand deteriorated areas, protect surrounding surfaces, and apply the appropriate coating system. During rescreening, each panel is carefully measured, tensioned, and secured using the correct spline and installation materials for the selected screen.

Warranty Service in Action

When a qualifying warranty issue is reported, our team reviews the request and works to schedule the necessary service as promptly as possible. We aim to address qualifying warranty service requests within approximately 10 to 15 days, depending on technician availability, location, weather conditions, and the nature of the repair.
